BTTV VIP Package access to 4k channels

Hi

I have signed up for BT TV with the VIP package. I recieved my tv box (which i believe to be a youview+ box) today and set it up, however I dont appear to have access to the 4k content such as BT sport Ultimate, it doesn't appear on the EPG

On the description it does state "VIP includes BT Sport Ultimate". I do have access to all the HD channels

Am I missing something? does it take extra time to activate this, looking at pictures of the 4k box, mine doesnt have the ultra HD logo written on the front of it so have I been sent the wrong box

Hi @spierson1241, I'm sorry it does sound like you've been sent the wrong box. I know there were stock issues with the 4K boxes but this has since been resolved. If you contact 0800 800 150 they'll be able to sort you with a replacement.
