Since updating the software on my BT-TV box on the 14/09/18, I have been unable to access my BTplayer or BTsport.
I receive an error code :- BTP-16002,IPC6017 for BTsport
BTP-15990 for BTplayer
I have phoned Technical support and they said there was a bug in the update and a new update would be rolled out within 8 days. There has still been no update.
Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

Hi @dna The BTTV team have told me they have been in touch and fixed this for you. Can you confirm that everything is working OK for you now, and if so are you happy for me to close the case?
