Changing packages online

I don't know if anyone's post about this but if I want to downgrade my package I can't do it online upgrade my package I thought you can just turn off or turn on the package you've got with NOW TV can anyone help thank you

If it’s anything like all the other packages you will have to call BT directly & wait in a queue ... the ability to cancel packages is not possible online. This is what I did with my BT Sport. It’s not great customer service & I suspect it’s been made deliberately difficult so that you’ll not bother.

Agreed. I was told I could do this via the app or via the website but I'm unable to do so either

It's supposed to be different with the Now TV packages. You're meant to be able to do this remotely rather than phone up BT
