I spent over an hour on live chat yesterday trying to resolve this problem. the FAQ fix, resetting the internet clock did not work. I tried Firefox and IE. Eventually they pronounced that "there was a fault" that they were "working on." No estimate given.
Does anyone else feel BT Sport is more bother than it is worth? I was duped into signing up for another year broadband contract when I was told, erroneously, that I would be able to get BT Sport on Youview and normal broadband and bear an enormous grudge!
