Since moving house, I've had the following error message on my subscription channels:
"There's been a problem
It looks like you already have this package on your account so should already be able to watch.
Would anyone know how to solve this please?
Hi @jgroberts welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have the error with your BT TV subscription channels.
When did you move home?
Is the hub connected to the BT TV box via Ethernet or Powerline adapters?
Go the BT Player and on your remote or scroll to it on the menu and press ok then go back to the subscription channel and try to watch it.
