Everton v West Ham

Who the hell do BT Sport think they are posting subliminal messages about racism after every replay on today's game ?

Hi @Kevin4

The fact that you know that you've seen, and read them means that they are not subliminal. Subliminal images are banned as far as I know.

Re: Everton v West Ham

I had to pause the live TV to actually read the message.

Re: Everton v West Ham

I believe it said 'Football against racism'. I only saw it once because I wanted to get back to the Snooker, and I didn't pause it.

Even if you did need to pause it, you've consciously seen it and that isn't subliminal. There's no better source of reference than the Columbo episode 'Double Exposure'. 😁

The actual message was

'' No Room for Racism ''

So although you were aware you'd seen something , you couldn't properly process what it was, a disgusting practice from BT .

Ooh no, it's all included in the price.

Personally I find 'wipe' screens like that annoying. It's possible that the Premier League or whoever may have had a hand in it, who knows.

Re: Everton v West Ham

It's a premier league thing so nothing to do with BT

Unless the PL have taken over BT Broadcasting , then it is very much a BT  'thing'.

Re: Everton v West Ham

The rights are sanctioned by the premier league & are shown worldwide plus it's a premier league campaign so they're behind it
