How many more times are we going to go around the bushes on this 1 as it's been asked and answered no end of times on the forum by a lot of customers. It's not free its a conssion provided you met the parts as laid down by BT PLC. It shows on the bill as a charge and then a refund because thats the only way BT can do it as per the taxman, otherwise the taxman would want more tax from BT
No. We will complain. Over and over again. On this forum, on facebook, on twitter, on radio phone ins and on BBCs Watchdog next month (can't wait). 1000s of camplaints daming BT for their shameful con trick. Yes, they are all saying the same thing - we were conned by BT - but the more people repeating it the less likely others are going to be fooled.

Colin London’s post was out of order and offensive to ALL users. Users posts are NOT WHINGES. BT customers haven’t got time to read through threads looking for something the same as or similar to their question or query.
I see a gang of bullies has formed....they come out of the woodwork and attack when one of their own is out of order and needs assistance.
If you can’t post to BT customers civilly and respectfully don’t post to them.
I hope the mods lock this thread. The "free" terms are quite clearly laid out in the t's & c's. No amount of arguing and mudslinging will change that.
