I have a Broadband/TV/Mobile Phone package with BT and yesterday I applied online to have the Netflix add-on to BTtv.
The setup instructions are not clear; I assume I have got to go to the Netflix website to set up an account, but Netflix are asking for payment instructions. How does Netflix know I have set this up using BT tv and am paying through BT? Or perhaps I am supposed to do the setting-up part using my television freeview box, but the BT confirmation email doesn't say doesn't say. It's all very vague! Can anyone help please?
