IPC6023 subscription channels error

hi,  I am an existing BT broadband customer and upgraded to the the new tv package, entertainment and sky sports via now tv,

Using the guide menu I can only access freeview channels. all the subscription channels show the IPC6023  message.

I can watch the sky channels via the Now tv app using the bt set top box,  I can view netfix 

Called the conatct center and all they seem to do is ask me to reboot hub 5 and reboot bt box.

I received the box on saturday 29th and this has been problem from day one.  same for standard and hd channels

my download speed is between 24-35 mbs  ethernet connection, and never have buffering issues..  amazon prime , netfix and now tv work fine via the set top box apps.

any help appreciated

thanks for your support.

I have followed the advice and the bt support team have also remotely rebooted my box.  still same errors on all the subcription channels

Let me guess they didn't inform you that you are going to lose channels?????

 

TYPICAL!!! they told me they will inform customers what was going to happen....

 

this is why i left BT TV for SKY Q,
