Lost my subscription channels!

I am new to BT TV. On activation on Monday my subscribed channels were not present in the EPG. Got some help on here yesterday and apparently BT needed to force my box to update, which solved the issue. However this morning, they were missing again.

I have tried a retune and software update - retune did not resolve and box indicates that my software is up to date. I also tried turning it off and on again!

Any ideas anyone???

Hi @Redders2719 Sorry about that, have you tried a factory reset on the box to see if that helps? Make sure to choose the option to keep your recordings.

Update... subscription channels have reappeared overnight! Perhaps we can keep this thread open until tomorrow, but so far it seems all is well. Thank you for your input - I have been extremely impressed with the level of support available through the forums.
