Missing channels

My Now TV channels are missing from my EPG,  they were there yesterday.  Can view the programmes via the app.  Anyone have a solution?  Software is up-to-date and have tried turning bob off and back on.

Hi @spd1954, sorry you've some stations missing from the EPG. 

Have a look at Missing TV Channels and see if that helps you resolve the issue and let us know how you get on.
