Moving BT Sport

Hi all, I currently have BT Sport through my BT Youview box but having grown frustrated with the box have signed up for SKY instead. I've tried moving my BT Sport from my Youview box to my SKY box but BT are telling me the addresses don't Mach and there is nothing they can do. I've checked both bills and they both have the same address, I've even rang SKY and they confirm the address they have but BT are still telling me it doesn't match. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Re: Moving BT Sport

Thanks for the responses. A quick update, the second person I spoke to managed to get it sorted for me. However, I can only watch in SD. Although I signed up for twelve months free HD apparently that doesn't carry over to the SKY box if I switch. Nobody told me this when I made the switch and BT are saying they cannot do anything to help except charge me £3pm for something I should be getting for free until august. Does this sound right to anybody?

Re: Moving BT Sport

I currently get BT Sport on my iPad as I have been on FreeSat.

I am in the process of signing up to Sky and want to start getting my BT Sport HD on Sky instead. I'm a BT Infinity 2 user.

How do I go about cancelling BT Sport on my iPad and getting it in HD on Sky please?

Thanks.
