I have changed my tv package and chose Netflix as an add on. I have received my new bt tv box and it is all set up and working nicely. I was advised on my order confirmation email from bt that I would receive a separate email to set up Netflix, this has not arrived and the status of my order on my bt is order complete - but no mention of Netflix?
Can someone pls look at my account/order and advise what to do next?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. If you haven't received the activation email for Netflix, you should still be able to complete the activation if you sign into the link www.bt.com/bttv/netflix with your BT ID.
Please give that a try and let me know how you get on?

Hi I am in the same situation no email activation link and when i use the bt netflix activation link you give nothing happens (it says it should open a new window) any ideas?

Thank you for posting back I'm sorry if that hasn't worked. What internet browser are you using and if it's possible can you try a different one?

I was using Safari too - I have switched browser and I'm pleased to say that worked and I am now set up 🙂
