New BT TV packages. Pricing confusing.

Having seen the tv adds promoting the new 'flexible BT TV packages', I thought I have a look, even tho I'm not at the end of my term yet (maybe I can get a re-contract?).

I'm confused, as the website states

"Entertainment = £10),

"Sport = £15.

Sport as an add-on is £15.

So far, so good, until you look at BT tariiffs PDF - https://www.bt.com/assets/pdf/BT_PhoneTariff_Residential.pdf

which says "Entertainment = £10)

"Sport", as a 'bolt-on' = £5.

So why is "Entertainment" + "Sport" add on, £25, on the website,

yet looking at the tariff, it is "Entertainment + Sport bolt-on "  =   £15??

Confused!

Re: New BT TV packages. Pricing confusing.

Hi @scharter

you are right to be confused .

I believe £15 /month is the correct price.

Re: New BT TV packages. Pricing confusing.

Hi @scharter and @zulu17,

Thanks for flagging this up to us, as far as I'm aware the price should show as £15 on the guide.

I will get this raised with our product team to double-check and have the guide update.

Thanks

Matt

Blast. I should have contacted customer services for sport as advertised on the tariff, and got it for £5. ;-(
