Evening all, I moved house yesterday moving over my subscription and retaining my old landline number in the new property.
I have a totally new number and can't access any channels.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have on you checked MyBT to see if you have any orders that haven't completed?
Nothing outstanding that I can see?
You should have received an email with a completion date for the order. Check the dates on that. You could also try a software update on the box. This sometimes triggers a resync with the servers and pulls the channels through

Have done a software update and even carried out a factory reset but still nothing
Looks like something hasn't been done properly on the order especially if you've got a new number. Options are to either to bite the bullet and call BT or wait to see if a mod pops along
