Hi, I recently changed my BT TV packages to the entertainment one and my remaining now TV vouchers, bought through the Tesco clubcard, were credited to my now TV account.
When the football restarted I went to Now TV account and tried to use my remaining credit to buy a sports pass for the month. However when I tried to do so I was told that BT customers cannot use their vouchers.
I know in the grand scheme of things not that important but I am now left with £30 of now TV credit I cannot use
