Now TV stick activation fault.

Recently purchased new entertainment package and sky sports bolt on. Unable to activate now TV stick. After entering TV code and verifying username and password keep being sent to passes and vouchers page.  Now TV helpline say it is a known fault and are working on it. Have tried all their suggestions but no joy. Has anyone else had this fault and more importantly has it been rectified ? Cheers all.
