Hi, I changed from the essential package to the New NOW TV package and everything is fine with watching on Youview box but if I try to use NOW TV app on tablet then it says my user account isn’t recognised. Any ideas what I need to do"? Thanks
idibs65, try ringing 0800 678 1977, which is the Newcastle centre. They can contact the Now TV team direct, or if it is an wrong email address attached to your Now TV account a specialist email team to sort it out.
It can take up to 5 working days to sort out....I’m still waiting since Wednesday last week
If you go into your account settings on the Now TV app on the BT box you should be able to see your Now TV account name
