I have recently moved to BT with Broadband, LL and Now tv BT TV and I received an email saying ‘You’re switched on and ready to start watching‘. I clicked on the link to create a password to set up my account but it says ‘ we couldn’t identify you, please check and try again later’
Hiya, everythings up and working and my NOW TV entertainment pass is still not allowing me to sign up
