Now tv can’t identify my email

I have recently moved to BT with Broadband, LL and Now tv BT TV and I received an email saying ‘You’re switched on and ready to start watching‘. I clicked on the link to create a password to set up my account but it says ‘ we couldn’t identify you, please check and try again later’

Sorry you're having problems. Did you get any email notification advising when the orders would complete?

Thanks for replying to @DavidM.

As your order isn't due to complete until the 29th of June, we won't be able to troubleshoot it until then.

Once the order completes, it should work. If it doesn't, drop us a line here and we'll get it sorted for you.
