I can now see BT Sport on my tv through the YouView box!
Nothing proactive, of course, but I rang - again - and spoke to Natalie Berry in sales who managed to activate it. She also consulted her manager and activated it in HD even though they had no record of my order during the promotional period. I had to forward my order confirmation email!
THANKS Natalie - it was great to speak to someone who knows what they're doing in that organisation!

Oh thats a start rb_the_zoo, thanks for the update.. I use freesat so no TV for me. So my online PC, Nexus and smartphone is the only viewing platform that still they cant fix. I feel like saying.. in a known accent... "Daaaaay 27 still no BT Sports"
How many days is it now..?
Update: I got a phone call from a helpful-sounding mod a couple of nights ago. He said he will look into it and get back to me.
"Daaaaay 34 still no BT Sports"
That sounds encouraging getting a call because I got a call last Friday 6th from a Manager Tech telling me he was looking into my problem and as has had quiet a few with the same problem. He said was not an easy fix but would work on it and will be all ok this Tuesday 10th Sep... 10th came and went, still no call back and still no BT Sport online... Better check see if it's working yet.... Nope... Still "Your BT ID is correct but you don't have BT Sport on your account." Brilliant!
Just had a call from Lee, Technical Management... All is fixed and working! Yay!!!!!! My Hero.
