Parental control pin

Hi guys

ive recently upgraded my Bt tv package to include the now tv channels since then the content is great but I keep getting asked for my parental control pin.

ive checked settings and parental controls is disabled. Updates software etc but still get asked for pin only happens on subscripton channels anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like it may be the one Ofcom want kicking in. Are these requests pre-watershed by any chance? If so  the pin will be requested for certain programmes

@slammer  Well this morning’s programmes are I believe GIRLS and SEX and the CITY which both have Guidance FOR ADULTS ONLY.

@zulu17 @Appreciate that but previous to the upgrade I didn’t get asked to enter my pin. Which is why I’m asking as an adult turning it off in settings should mean I don’t have to enter the pin when changing channels?

Mandatory daytime PINs have been discussed several times on threads in this community.

Sky Comedy is according to Now Tv one of their live  channels that uses them
