Problems watching ondemand NowTV

I'm having issues now watching ondemand content from NowTV.

Getting the error message:

Unable to complete purchase on this device, please go to www.nowtv.com/tv-passes to choose a product or offer.

Hi,

unable to to access Sky history, documentaries,nature get error code IPC6017 on BT TV or Sky Now app.

Have followed the trouble shooting and still no success

Anyone else having this issue?

I recorded the Paul Gascoigne doc on Sky Documentaries last night but trying to watch this morning & it states I don't have access!

The additional Sky HD channels were working a few days back (Nature, Docs etc)

I have retuned - no difference

Any ideas??

Just tried on my iPad getting the message an entertainment pass is required?!

Hi @pck1967 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting this error message. Would you confirm that you have completed the below steps when you carried out the troubleshooting and if not please try this and post back and let me know how you get on.

1. Try to access the BT Player. Press the Home (or YouView) button, then scroll to and select BT Player
2. If you still see the error message then try restarting your equipment by following these steps:
   • First, restart your Hub
   • Wait for the broadband light on your Hub to go blue
   • Restart your TV box, using the power switch on the back
   • Now check if you still receive the error
3. Check your software version is up to date. To do this, press the Home (or YouView) button, then go to Settings > Software Information > Update Software and press OK
4. Check your On Demand players are up to date by pressing the Home (or YouView) button, then going to Settings > Software Information > Update players & apps and press OK

So it's only affecting the new channels, Sky History, Sky Nature and Sky Documentaries

All now working again & am able to watch recorded program 🙂
