Cancelled Sky Sports but still being charged, can anyone give me an idea of what is the best to channel to make a complaint and actually get it cancelled?
Is this the Sky Sports Main Event add on the the legacy TV Packages or is it the newer Big Sport package or is it the Now TV Sky Sports pass bolt on ?
Did you get an email or letter confirming the removal of Sky Sports ? ceasing any product requires 30 days notice, if your billing cycle runs during that 30 day notice period, the billing system won't factor in the pending cease, instead you'll get a pro-rata refund on the bill after.
