Unable to change TV packages online

I'm still unable to make any changes to my NowTV channels online.

I have been previously able to do this in the past successfully, but now I just get an error:

Sorry, we can't show you any personalised deals at the moment

I need to check, as it shows I have the Big entertainment pack, which was meant to have been removed the other week by a Mod on here. Yet my latest bill still shows this being charged into June.
