is your name and address exactly the same on both your BT and SKY account otherwise you cannot add BT sports to a SKY account

Hi @Gayna1608 Just to update you that the TV experts are also experiencing a problem getting your order placed. So it will take a bit longer than usual to get this set up for you but be assured we are working to get this set up for you and I'll update you as soon as I have any update.
Hi @Gayna1608 I called earlier sorry I missed you and for the delay with getting this fixed for you.
The team have identified a problem and also a work around but due to the amount of time that has passed since you originally requested BT Sport on Sky I wanted to double check that you still wish to go ahead with the service. Please can you post back and confirm if you still require the BT Sport on Sky in HD.
I will deal with the cost side of the offer with you once it's working if you wish to go ahead.
