Unable to view online

Having previously watched with no problems on my PC, tonight I kept being advised

 

"Sorry you can't access the BT Sport App and online content because a BT ID created by Petros is the account holder."

 

Also BTSport was not showing up on my MyBT page 

 

All the help pages are also down

I am sorry that you have been having trouble with the app.
