VIP Package

Currently have the Max HD tv package.

Have just spoken with BT (0800800030) with a view to changing to the VIP package.

I have been told if I do this I have to stay on the VIP package for the full 24 months and cannot change to any other TV package during that time.

Is this correct?

Thats what I understood. She was quite adamant I would have to take a lower package such as Entertainment, then add Bolt Ons to take it up to VIP package and then could remove those on a monthly basis!

Will try again later on another number I have

just use the same number as you will get a different person

I found up the number I used last year when renewing my current tv package (0800 678 1977), gave them a ring and it’s all been sorted out and on VIP package now, flexible as it should be, and retained my current discounts on the broadband and anytime package for another 24 months 🙂
