I use bt.com as my home page where I access my email, account info and watch TV and sport. Since my email was changed to btmail some 4 weeks ago I have been unable to watch TV or sport and get a continuing WJ900 error code. Have had various efforts from BT to resolve but so far all is failure. Can anyone offer advice please.
