Whats up with Bt Sport

Tried to watch the city game the other day and the Liverpool game last night, was unable to watch both games fully because Btsport went down yet again.

I feel as if I'm getting ripped off now because it keeps happening!!!

Who listens when you complain?

I am paying for a service which I am not getting fully, surely this is not right.

Anyone else with problems or ideas of how to solve this?

Welcome to the community forum. I am sorry you were having problems watching the match on BT Sport. How were you watching BT Sport, was it online, on your TV or through the BT Sport App?

I was watching it through the youview box. Things get better.....NOT.. finally spoke to someone that said somebody from the cusrtomer services would be incontact..STILL WAITING..

BT is becoming a laughing stoke. I am one very unhappy cusstomer...

I will be venting my frustration at someone when I try to cancel my contract.

Shocking customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @golfslicer1,

 

How are you connected to your YouView box, are you using powerline adaptors? If so, could you try connection using a hardwired connection? When the problem occurs do you get any error messages on screen?
