As you can see nothing is ordered but this "non order" is stopping me ordering anything even if I wanted to, what is going on??

Hi @BedrockFred sorry that this order has appeared and nothing is changing. If you are looking to place an order then please call in and our customer services team will be able to cancel it for you. 

If your not looking to place an order and are able to wait a few days let me know.
