bt not fixing problems

3 months ive been on to them to get my hd channels and the bt 4k sport working and still nothing then they go and try to charge me a extra £6.50 a month to get them turned on and i dont know what to do since they dont seem to be doing anything to fix it at all

What BTTV package do you have ?
£6.50 is the monthly cost of the HD Addon, you don't get 4K unless you're on the top package, which is Max 4K, the Max 4K package includes the HD Addon at no extra cost.

Max 4K Sport 4K

Over 55 Premium entertainment channels including 23 in HD

BT Sport in 4K Ultra HD

Watch BT TV wherever you are with the BT TV App Extra

Up to 94 Freeview channels including up to 16 in HD

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to watch the HD and 4k BT Sports channels included in your package.

If you're on the BT TV Max 4K Sport package, then you are right in that these channels should be available as part of your package. If you send me in your details, I'll be able to get this sorted.
