BT Sport, apps and playback all not working since Sunday

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if there has been an update on Sunday that has messed with the BT TV?  I have a 4k UHD set-top box and since Sunday, BT Sport won't play (it does 1 second, freezes, then goes black on repeat), I can't access any of my apps (iPlayer, ITV Hub, all4 and Now TV) including any playback, and programmes I have recorded since then have all got stutters and broken pictures.

I have been through the diagnostic bot and spoken to an advisor who has passed me to an internal department which I can't contact directly, but I haven't heard anything yet.

Any advice gratefully received!

Unfortunately the internal team (TMC) are incredibly busy, so they can take a few days to reply at times. They will get back to you though (if they haven't already by now).

Thanks - yes they called me about an hour ago and were really helpful.  I thought it might be something more widespread, but it seems to be something peculiar to my equipment so an engineer is coming out.

Shame I missed the Liverpool-Villareal match though 😞
