HD EXTRA ADD ON

Is there any requirement for the HD EXTRA addon for those with the BT-TV BOX PRO? 

I ask as most that were available on HD EXTRA addon have gone from BT-TV such as DAVE HD, and the ones that are available from the list are 2 eurosport channels which are available on the BTSPORT HD which I have already, and a couple of other channels that have a different channel number.

So it seems there's no requirement for the HDEXTRA ADDON, is this correct?

The FTA (Freeview) channels have HD variants with more available via IP terrestrial delivery. If you have the HD add on for BT Sport, you'll get those in HD but if you have the Sky/NowTV channels, these aren't HD unless you add the NowTV HD Boost. This will allow access to the HD NowTV channels which are in 1080p

Is channel 390 and 391 Sony TV available as a separate addon?

Those two channels (390/391)  are part of the Asian Mix add on

No you would need to order  the Asian Mix addon.
