I am going round in circles trying to activate my NOW TV subscription either via the BT TV box or on my laptop. This has been included in my new full fibre package. I seem to get to a memership page on NOW (do I have an entertainment or sports membership?) if I try to access content. The only link I can think to follow is 'apply voucher code'. I put in the 6 figure passcode sent to me by BT and confirmed back to BT, but this code is not recognised.
I cannot seem to find any help page on BT or NOW that takes you through, step by step, activating my subscription.
