Lost channels after full fibre installed

I have lost a number of non subscription channels after I had full fibre installation this week

@kburtney Which channels are they? If you’ve got your set up in IP mode then they are all considered subscription channels technically,  as you can’t use IP mode without having a subscription if you happen to have acquired a box from elsewhere. 
As a matter of interest have you stayed with BT for the upgrade to full fibre, and if so, were you pressured into moving to EE? We were told yesterday that we can now get full fibre and so we’re considering our options carefully.
