I am paying for the NOW, netflix and discovery package but cannot access it. I don't have a PIN. Can anyone help please?

Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having, at which point is it asking for a PIN? 

Have you used it before and are trying to log in or is this part of the initial set-up?
