Hi @SaltedCaramel, It sounds from your posts that the link may have expired, usually 30 days from the order date.

I am having the same problem with 

You can't activate your Netflix just yet

You'll be able to within the next 24 hours, so please try again later.
 
I have called 3 times to BT and no one has been able to help.  So any help on this would be appreciated.

I gave up and will stick with Netflix direct payment..
