No BT Sport HD/4K

I've amended my package to BT Sport and Netflix Ultimate, however my BT Sport HD and 4K channels are no longer working and there is no add on for HD/4K?

I had the same issue and the only way I found was to change the package to VIP.

Isn't HD/4K a add on extra. Unless you have VIP. package.
