Now TV App Quality

I have a BT TV Pro box, and also a Fire TV 4K stick. 

I’ve noticed that the maximum bitrate on the Fire TV Now app is 8130, but on the BT TV Pro YouView app the maximum bitrate seems to be 7830. 

I assume the apps are using the same streams, so why would the maximum bitrate be lower on the BT TV box?

What NowTV shows as a bitrate isn't actually a bitrate, it's more a diagnostic code...
