I've signed up today and am struggling to connect my nowtv both emails are the same but it's constantly saying I have no membership I've changed password more than 5 times and still nothing at all ..haven't had my broadband installed yet either that's the 29th but it said I could use it straight away the ee tv app I can watch and discovery plus but not now tv ?

When you got your confirmation email from us, did this list the right email address for NOW and then give a link to choose your password?
Once you've set this up your subscription should activate, so if things aren't working it sounds like this may not be logged correctly on your account.
