Hi, I recently had to get a new TV box due to a fault on my older device. The new device has been in since Thursday.
Two error codes appear on the screen when trying to use BT TV channels and apps. BTP-15000 and BTP-15990.
I've rebooted the box multiple times, rang the number it gives and nothing seems to help. Can anyone help me please?
