Re: BT Forum and Firefox

Quick reply has no problems. Normal reply option connecting to bt.com etc is forever displayed page hangs. I disabled every addon no effect.

Re: BT Forum and Firefox

It was normal reply, as you put it, that I used.

Re: BT Forum and Firefox

As per @WSH 'normal reply' is also fine for me.

You can use F12 to open a developer/debug pane in Firefox and potentially use that to see which part of the page is hanging, but you'll probably need to search for a tutorial if you're not fanmiliar with their use.

Re: BT Forum and Firefox

I found this topic whilst searching for others who had issues with Firefox. I'm writing this using normal reply and it seems to be working. I'll preview it and then post it so if you are reading it then I guess it worked.

I found this topic whilst searching for problems using Firefox for this forum. The problem I'm having is that I can't find my older private messages - https://community.bt.com/t5/The-Lounge/BT-Forum-Firefox-private-messages/td-p/2418649

I think all the other posters are Firefox users so I would appreciate any advice from them but I don't mean to hijack this post.
