BT Smart Hub 6 USB?

What do people use the USB facility for on the rear of the Smart Hub?

I haven't found any reference either online or in the paperwork supplied.

Re: BT Smart Hub 6 USB?

It can be used to plug in a USB hard diak or memory stick, to produce a network shared drive.  See http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43708/~/why-is-there-a-usb-socket-on-the-back-of-the-...

Bear in mind that it's only USB 2.0, so don't expect staggering speeds from the shared drive.

Mac users should note that any device should preferably be formatted MS-DOS (FAT32) to work with the Smart Hub 6.
