Hi,
I've received an email supposedly from BT from tellus@bt.com. It looks genuine but the second question refers to my BT Mobile. Now I don't have BT Mobile and I thought if it was genuine targeted email from BT the questions would have related to the services I have. The other thing it doesn't mention my account number anywhere and BT emails normally have that our the post code.
Does anyone know if the above is really from BT if not who do I report it to.
Needless to say I haven't completed the survey.
