Hello, I’m just curious to know why BT don’t offer any discount of their existing offers?
Basically BT rang me regarding a TV/broadband deal which is the same price as the website advertises... I said that I’ve been offered a cheaper price from sky so I think I’ll stick with them (which I actually have). They said ‘no problem, enjoy sky’ and ended the call.... is this normal as sky offered me a huge discount to secure a deal with me?
