As anyone had problems using this clecer dog camera on there mobile data when not .. I use to be able to watch using my mobile data but now it want connect can anyone help to resolve this

Hi Keith yes its connected to that and I can use other wifi connection like on the buses they have wifi and I'm logged into the camera on that its jus my moblie phone it want connect it ..it says I'm of line I've had to new sim aa Vodafone said it needs updating and they have done checks on my data signal they say that's fine
As this is just a BT Retail customer forum, nobody here is going to be able to help. Its possibly an issue with your home broadband not allowing incoming mobile connections to your camera, from the Vodaphone network.
I suggest you ask on the Sky forum.
