i was cold called and told to take this new service bt offer BAD MISTAKE
since then all equipment arrived as promised ... broadband started working but cloud voice never started ..
since then my phone line has switched off which is a business phone line ... all I get from bt is the back round team are looking into it , 5 days on still no better have no answers no phone line... average call wasting time is 30 mins and when ask to speak to senior you get off and no call back ???
I would suggest if your thinking about taking on this service be prepared to loose your line ...

Cloud Voice if a VoIP product from various suppliers including BT and Virgin. It's not a traditional telephone line package.
Did you definately get a "cold call" from BT, or was it someone pretending to be BT?
What were you promised? What equipment did you get?
