Are any of the moderators able to find out if the accounts email has received my email as my account still says my website will soon be archived and despite emailing on 15th and 16th September I have not had a response.

I have already tried the suggestion from rob 364 of contacting account@support. btck etc two days ago and had no response. The Chairman of our History Group who is also the Parish Council Secretary, they co incidentally have a community website has tried to get a ticket and contact account etc on our behalf and has had no response. I think we are all going to go fall off the edge on the 22nd!
i have tried escalating this at BT HQ today, emailed their press office, and emailed the technology correspondent at the Guardian. It is up to us “victim” to raise the firestorm BT deserve.
