Thanks for your email - what you need to do is work out how much it has cost you to connect BT, list the faults on each piece of equipment, what is happening with the equipment and how much usage have you lost. Then list all the problems and costs on this site and the MOD will contact you.
If not write to OFCOM and tell BT you want your claim sent to the ombudsman.
It took me 3 months to get sorted out. They do not have a customer services system that works - one person will tell you one thing and the next something else try and record your phone calls and take note. Regards again
