Our household has now been without wifi and a phone line for almost 1 month! Our broadband supplier is actually Sky, but they're telling us that the problem is with the BT line. As we're working from home, having no wifi is very disruptive, as you can imagine. We also can't use any of the streaming services that we are still being charged for. We are not getting much information from Sky about when the problem will be fixed, so I thought I'd go directly to the source. Is someone at BT able to assist me please?
You would need to contact your ISP, which you said is Sky BT are unable to help as you're not a customer, the 'BT line' they refer to is Openreach, you have no agreements with Openreach, Sky do and they have to do all the chasing of your repair.
